This unique Grade II listed barn has been lovingly refurbished into a 2 bedroom self catering holiday home. It has retained many of its original 1880’s characteristics including all of the beams in the bedrooms.
The ground floor is open plan with a fully equipped kitchen, dining, and large living area. The spacious wet room is also downstairs. There is a large private patio area at the back of the cottage.
On the first floor there are two double bedrooms with superking or (twin beds) in each and lit by Veux windows. There is also a toilet on the first floor.
Downstairs has underfloor heating, and there are radiators upstairs all heated by our Biomass boiler.
The oak flooring in the bedrooms was recycled from one of the local schools that was being demolished.
The cottage looks east so catches the morning sun through its large windows and has views looking out onto enclosed courtyard garden.

Access Statement

The Cottage is accessed through the front door from the courtyard over the 20mm door threshold.

The living area and wet room/toilet is on the ground floor with the two bedrooms and toilet on the first floor.
