For Self-catering Holiday Cottages
The Cottage is accessed through the front door from the courtyard over the 20mm door threshold.
The living area and wet room/toilet is on the ground floor with the two bedrooms and toilet on the first floor.
Access to the Dairy is from a drop off point at the front of the building over a 2" threshold.
On the ground floor is the kitchen, diner and lounge.
On the first floor is the bedroom and en-suite shower room.
To the rear of the cottage is a patio area and access to the car park.
The Stables can be accessed directly from the drop off point at the front of the Stables where there is a 2" threshold step, or from the gravel car park through the patio area to the rear door where there is a 4" threshold.
There is a patio area at the rear that can be accessed through the rear door or from the car park.
Access to the Tack Room apartment is via an exterior stone staircase located next to the stables. The living room, shower room, kitchen/diner, and bedroom are all located on a single floor.
Please note, this property may not be suitable for individuals with limited mobility.
Access to the Lodge is through the side gate, there is a paved area to the front door. Downstairs hall and lounge are carpeted and solid wood floor in the kitchen/diner. Upstairs is accessed via the carpeted staircase.
