THE DAIRY
The Dairy, a Grade II listed building was part of the old milking parlour, and has been converted and refurbished into a delightful self-catering cottage that will sleep up to three people.
On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen/diner and lounge.
Upstairs there is a bedroom with a superking bed that can be converted into two single beds and a seperate single bed. There is also an ensuite shower room.
The Dairy is entered from a shared courtyard and the rear door leads onto a patio area with views of the Margam Hills and leads out to the car park.
The wooden beams are mostly original but where they have been replaced the timber has been used from the Old Granary floor joists. The cottage has reclaimed oak floors through out and these came from St Mellons school in Cardiff.

Access statement for the Dairy
Access to the Dairy is from a drop off point at the front of the building over a 2" threshold.
On the ground floor is the kitchen, diner and lounge.
On the first floor is the bedroom and en-suite shower room.
To the rear of the cottage is a patio area and access to the car park.
